Throughout my life I was taught to focus on the "HOW"... How do I become successful?, how do I free my time? how do I live a life of purpose? How do I get healthy? However, I realised I was focussing on the wrong thing and asking the wrong questions. I needed to ask myself WHY was it important to me as a start.

When I was burnout as a health professional, I lay there in bed pondering these questions. How did I end up here? Why had I let myself burn the wick at both ends? Who could I have listened to along the way? How could I feel normal again? When was I going to change something?

What I uncovered changed my life. Literally, biologically and energetically.

I bounced around doctor shopping for months before I stopped really listening to my innate wisdom.

I came back to my heart and asked WHY did I get out of bed each morning? This reminded me of my passions and purpose

I then asked myself WHAT is would my ideal day and lifestyle look like? I scripted a positive future vision for my life and started living into it each day.

I asked myself WHO do I know that is living this lifestyle, WHO is aligned with a similar passion and purpose. When it became clear I immersed myself in their proximity.  I literally became a product of the 5 people I spent the most time with.

I asked myself WHEN was I going to be the vibe that I was wishing and hoping for. I was inspired by many stories that reminded me of a simple truth. I would overestimate what I could do in 1 year, but grossly underestimate what I could achieve in 5-7 years. If it took me 5 years to end up where I was, I was willing to spend the next 5 years moving back towards bliss and harmony.

The how was self-evident. It was simple and in plain sight. Rather than knowing before doing it, I started modelling the WHOs that were already living in their highest vibe and vitality. It made the complex so simple and I learned by doing. It taught me to trust my innate wisdom and feelings. If I did something and felt better, I kept going. Knowing that small daily actions would negate the low vibing feelings and emotions that left me running in circles looking for quick fixes.

Today, I live my ideal day every day. I have no signals or symptoms. Am unrestricted in my physical, mental and emotional body. And being able to manifest ideas into reality with discipline and focus as if by magic.

Ultimately we will attract WHO we are at any moment. So to be the change you hope to see in your world. Create the change from within first. It's not selfish, its necessary to serve from overflow. Allow yourself to receive in the same way you give and pour for a minute. It takes a community to heal the sick, not individuals doing it by themselves. It will require some radical responsibility and a lack of victimhood, blame, denial and shame. But, its worth it.


  1. Start with a heart-centred WHY.
  2. Create a meaningful WHAT by WHEN,
  3. and find the WHO that knows the HOW.

  5. HOW do you take the first step and every step thereafter? How do you remain persistent, and grow consistently by 1% each day?

I hope this book and ecosystem serves as a daily reminder that “you have never needed to be fixed, simply nourished and supported.” And that your human nature has an innate wisdom and untapped potential that can enable you to achieve anything your heart desires; especially when connected with nature and others.

If we can travel into outer space in a metal object, then anything is truly possible. You can achieve anything that you believe, especially with a focused mind and embodied daily actions.
