- Sets your starting map.
Use the 4 Zones of Wellbeing to assess where you are: Red, Orange, Green, or Blue Zone. This is the moment to pause, take stock, and acknowledge your starting point.

Step 1 — Vision (True North)
- “Start with the Heart.”
- Script a Future Vision → your 12-month North Star.
- Defines your ideal day and desired lifestyle.
Direction matters more than speed. Through your Why statement and personal story, you define your True North — the dream you’ll live into over the next 12 months. This isn’t head logic; it’s heart truth (“Why until you cry”).


Step 2 — Meaningful Goals (What by When)
- Meaningful Goals → choose what matters.
- Create a Meaningful Goal → make it measurable and time-bound.
- Anchored in your Why.
Pick one goal. Anchor it in your values. Make it measurable and time-bound. This is the seed you will water daily until it grows into a tree.

Step 3 — Internal Compass Calibration
- Align Internal Compass → clarity of direction.
- Values, Passion & Purpose Tests → discover your Ikigai.
- Guides values-based decisions.
Values (what guides you) + Passions (what excites you) + Purpose (what impact you create). When misaligned, return to nature, stillness, and breath to realign choices.

- Choose one Medicine to embody.

- Fill My Cup Quiz → track energy, ensure growth.
- Apply the 1% Rule (never miss 2 days).
How full is your cup? Begin practicing one Medicine daily — Nature, Connection, Mind, Food, Movement, Spirit, etc. The Medicines are the foundation of self-care, sovereignty, and flow.

Step 7 — Self Mastery
- SelfCare to Self Mastery → integrate practices into identity.
- Create a Morning Ritual → lock in daily rhythm.
