Phase 1 — Name It (Awareness)
Purpose: Bring what’s hidden into consciousness.
Process:
- Pause. One full breath through the nose.
- Ask: What am I feeling right now?
- Choose the most accurate word or phrase.
- Core emotions: anger | sadness | fear | shame | guilt | grief | joy | peace | love.
- Acknowledge without analysis. No story, no blame.
Say it aloud or write it:
“I feel ___.”
Prompt examples:
- “If this feeling had a color or weather pattern, what would it be?”
- “Is this emotion mine, or am I resonating with someone else’s field?”
Phase 2 — Locate It in the Body (Embodiment)
Purpose: Translate mental label into physical awareness.
Process:
- Close eyes; scan from crown to toes.
- Notice where the energy is loudest—chest, gut, throat, back, etc.
- Describe its qualities: hot/cold, sharp/dull, heavy/light, static/flowing.
- Breathe directly into that spot. Lengthen exhale until the area softens.
- Keep attention there for 60 seconds without resistance.
Prompt examples:
- “If this sensation could speak, what would it need?”
- “Does it want movement, sound, stillness, or breath?”
Phase 3 — Decode Its Message (Meaning)
Purpose: Hear the instruction hidden inside the feeling.
Every emotion is feedback from the field, not an enemy.

- Name the new state: calm, clear, grateful, strong.
- Ask: What aligned action will honor what I just learned?
- Take that action within 24 hours—message, rest, boundary, creation.
Anchor it—touch heart, breathe once, say:
“I remember this frequency.”
