HOW TO USE IT

When you want inspiration, say:

You’ll receive a haiku from the Medicine of Emotion Codex, paired with a simple cue for the day.
Over time, the haikus follow the 12 principles of the Codex, matching the rhythm of the day — stillness at dawn, creation at midday, reflection at dusk, surrender at night.

The system continually helps you move through the Three Healing Arcs:
